In exercise of powers conferred by the Regulation 68 of the Sikkim State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Redressal Grievances of Consumers and Establishment of Forum and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulation ,2012 and other provisions, the Sikkim State Electricity Regulatory Commission has issued this order to determine the rate and renumeration and other terms and conditions for appointment of Electricity Ombudsman.
