Notification Constituting the State Advisory Committee

in exercise of powers conferred by section 87 of the Electricity act, 2003 read with the Sikkim State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Constitution of State Advisory Committee and its Functions) Regulations, 2013, the Commission has constituted the State Advisory Committee with the Chairperson of the Commission as the ex-officio Chairperson of the Committee.
