As per Section 87(3) of the Electricity Act, 2003, the Sikkim State Electricity Regulatory Commission has reconstituted the State Advisory Committee in view of expiry of the term of the SAC constituted earlier and Shri. D.P.Sharma , IAS (Retd.), former Secretary to the Government of Sikkim has been nominated as one of the members of the Committee.
