In exercise of the powers conferred by the section 87 of Electricity Act, 2003, the Sikkim State Electricity Regulatory Commission has constituted the State Advisory Committee (SAC). As per section 87(3), the Secretary to State Government in-charge of the Ministry or Department dealing with Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution System shall be the ex-officio Member of the Committee.
