As per section 87 of the Electricity Act 2003, the Sikkim State Electricity Regulatory Commission has constituted the State Advisory Committee. Section 87(3) of the Electricity Act 2003 prescribes that the Chairperson of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) shall be the ex-officio Chairperson of the State Advisory Committee.
