State Advisory Committee 337

The Section 87 (1) of the Electricity Act, 2003, states that the State Commission may, by notification establish with effect from such date as it may specify in such notification, a Committee to be known as the State Advisory Committee. Accordingly, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said sections of the Electricity Act, 2003, the Sikkim State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SSERC) has constituted the State Advisory Committee and Shri.D.P.Deokota,former Chief Engineer , Government of Sikkim has been nominated as one of the members of the Committee.
