Visit to 99 MW Chuzachen Hydropower Project by State Advisory Committee

The Members of the State Advisory Committee (SAC) of the SSERC led by its Chairperson Shri.T.T.Dorji made a visit to the 99 MW Chuzachen Hydropower Project of M/s Gati Infrastructures Ltd at Rongli,East Sikkim. The SAC Members were also joined by the Principal Chief Engineer cum Secretary of the Energy & Power Department, Shri.P.B.Subba, Shri.N.T.Bhutia (PCE cum Secretary Designate), other Senior Officers of the Department and also the Sr.Legal Officer (SSERC), Shri. Jigme D.Denjongpa. The visiting team was welcomed by Shri.B.K. Khabrani (V.P-M/s Gati) and other officials and Engineers at Powerhouse site. The team visited the Powerhouse, Rongli Dam and other project areas. A powerpoint presentation was made by M/s Gati before the visiting team. The visiting team was apprised about the technical and other parameters of the Project.
