In exercise of powers conferred by Section 87 of the Electricity Act , 2003 (Act 36 of 2003) read with the Sikkim State Electricity Regulatory Commission (State Advisory Committee and its Functions) Regulations, 2013, Sikkim State Electricity Regularity Commission has re-constituted the State Advisory Committee vide Notification No. 09/SSERC/AC/2013-14/788 Dated 27.9.2014 in suppression of its earlier Notification No. 02/SSERC/AC/2013-14 Dated 02.6.2014.
